Creative Octopus Russell Wolff has performed since age 7 as a musician, DJ, YouTuber, radio personality, writer, producer, & photographer. His career took a comedic turn when he DJ’d Eric Andre’s Bar Mitzvah on Adult Swim.

 

Wolff’s notable contributions include his podcast work in the Jewish community. After the October 7th massacre in Israel, he collaborated with the Nova Foundation and Scooter Braun to edit survivor interviews for the Dance Again Podcast and Nova Exhibition. He also works with Dave Nemo & Jimmy Mac, the Road Dog Trucking channel on SiriusXM 146.

 

A Harvard graduate, Wolff advocates for Jewish and Israeli rights. He was ordained as a minister in 2015 after witnessing discrimination against same-sex couples. He’s officiated over 20 unions.

 

Wolff’s career began in theater, followed by extensive music tours with major label bands. He’s released six of his own albums and produced over 30 more. A Grammy and ASCAP member, Wolff plays piano, guitar, sings, & runs sound. He has licensed his music with MTV & others & has launched many other artists’ careers.  Wolff has worked with artists from Martina McBride to LL Cool J, performed on Fox, PBS, & opened for Sugarland, Miranda Lambert, Michelle Branch, & Little Big Town. He’s also produced, mixed, & toured with James Wolpert of NBC’s The Voice & Japanese rockstar KOJI.
